Love Banner

I made this banner all from SCAL! I love how it turned out. I embossed the bottom 1/2 of the pearled black pennants, used my new scoring board to make the rose medallions, and embossed the white glitter paper. It was very simple to do once I figured out what papers I wanted to use!
