Valentines 3

I made this mini album of recycled altered CDs. I used SCAL cut the circles to cover the CDs (shapes library);cut all the heart shapes (shapes library);cut the tags (signs/banners library);cut the cloud shape (talking bubbles library);cut "Valentines 3" on a path; weld and cut the small hearts.(shapes library) I distressed the edges with a MM distressing tool, and inked them with Ranger Distress ink. The snowflake is a MS punch embellishment. Ribbons, initials, rhinestones are from my stash; key is unknown (sorry); word tags are KandCompany. I used Ranger Stickles for bling.
